Kitesurfing Camps & Best 2026 Kitesurfing Holidays

Kite the Paradise!

Do you dream of a relaxing and sporty holiday?

There is no greater pleasure than kitesurfing for hours, then chilling on the beach waiting to kitesurf again!

The pearl of Morocco is this lagoon, which is one of the best spots in the world! Off the beaten track and away from the commercial clichés of the sport... kitesurfing is also a wonderful way to meet new people.

Where to go kitesurfing in 2026?

Are you wondering where to spend your sporting holiday, either alone or with your family? We have selected camps, villas, eco lodges and luxury or budget resorts for you.

In continental Europe, the season for warm water and good wind for kitesurfing runs from the April holidays to the All Saints' Day holidays at the end of October. You can still learn to kitesurf after these dates, but it gets cooler and the wind is more unpredictable. Summer and autumn are barely over before winter arrives. We eagerly await spring!

There is no winter in subtropical countries! In the Canary Islands, there are only two seasons: spring and autumn.

November, December, January, February and March are perfect months for winter sports enthusiasts, as you can enjoy moderate temperatures on the Canary Islands on the edge of the Sahara Desert: nights at 15 degrees and temperatures rising to 25 degrees during the day.

For tropical temperatures, aim for the Dominican Republic or Africa, from Zanzibar to Cape Verde via Egypt. Many destinations not listed in our catalogue await you when you contact us directly: from Brazil to Mauritius via the West Indies and Madagascar.

🌊 At Ocean Adventure, every day is unique: our team adjusts everything to offer you the best possible experience, in complete safety and always in a great atmosphere.

Glide across perfectly smooth, warm waters in the morning, explore a legendary downwind run in the afternoon, then enjoy a convivial dinner as the sun sets. With Ocean Adventure, every kitesurfing destination is carefully selected to help you reach your full potential in the best possible conditions.

Our 15 years of experience and the thousands of surfers and kitesurfers we’ve guided have taught us that rapid progress depends above all on choosing the right spot for your skill level. That’s why we’ve organised our selection around three major destinations, all tried and tested by our passionate guides: Dakhla, the Canary Islands and Brazil.

Dakhla: the world’s leading destination for kitesurfing, accessible all year round

Nestled between the desert and a turquoise lagoon, Dakhla is now the number one destination for learning, improving your skills and enjoying a complete kitesurfing adventure in an exceptional natural setting.

With over 300 windy days a year, temperatures ranging from 22°C to 28°C, and a vast, flat, safe stretch of water, the lagoon is the perfect spot for both beginners and those looking to improve their skills. Intermediate riders quickly master their first independent runs, whilst experienced riders enjoy legendary downwind runs such as the Dune Blanche or Lassarga.

“In Dakhla, we’re making rapid progress because everything is in place: consistent wind, calm waters, streamlined logistics and a unique atmosphere where the desert meets the ocean.”

Unlike more technically demanding destinations, Dakhla often allows you to become independent in 9 to 15 hours of supervised practice, depending on your ability. Our personalised coaching method makes the most of these exceptional conditions to accelerate your progress in a measurable way.

Our kitesurfing camps are carefully selected in accordance with our quality charter:

  • quality of accommodation compared to the location
  • nutrition tailored to athletes
  • modern and secure equipment
  • supervision by qualified, enthusiastic guides
  • logistics optimised according to weather conditions

Most establishments offer full board, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the kitesurfing experience.

As for getting there, several airlines now offer convenient flights to the destination:

Royal Air Maroc offers daily flights via Casablanca from many French cities.

Transavia offers seasonal direct flights from Paris, Bordeaux or Marseille, making it easy to plan a short or long break.

The result: Dakhla remains the most reliable destination for guaranteed wind and rapid progress in Europe and the surrounding region.

The Canary Islands: a versatile year-round destination just a four-hour flight away

The second must-visit destination in our selection, the Canary Islands offer a unique combination of accessibility, a wide variety of spots and a stable climate all year round.

In Fuerteventura in particular, the conditions allow you to sail regularly in calm waters in the lagoon or in waves at ocean spots, depending on your ability. This variety makes it an ideal destination for combining technical development with thrills.

With temperatures ranging from 20°C to 26°C all year round, the Canary Islands are an excellent winter destination for Europeans looking to train regularly.

"The Canary Islands let you improve your skills all year round without having to travel far: consistent winds, a mild climate and spots suitable for every level."

Our partner centres are carefully selected to offer:

  • courses tailored to your profile
  • recent equipment
  • personalised technical analysis
  • spots chosen based on your ability and the day’s weather

This bespoke approach helps to avoid the typical pitfalls of standardised schools and ensures that every session is optimised.

It’s the perfect destination for a beginner’s course, a technical improvement course or a combined surfing and kitesurfing holiday

Brazil: a windsurfing paradise offering spectacular progress

The third highlight of our selection, Brazil’s Northeast is the ultimate destination for those looking to enjoy one session after another in perfect conditions.

Between July and January, the wind blows daily at between 20 and 30 knots, offering exceptional conditions for making rapid progress. The warm-water lagoons and legendary downwinds make Brazil a playground unlike any other in the world.

“Surfing in Brazil means riding every day in warm water, across miles of deserted lagoons: an experience that will take your surfing to the next level in just a few weeks.”

Unlike more technical destinations, the consistent wind conditions allow you to get in an exceptional amount of training. This is why many riders improve by several levels in a single trip.

Our main destinations include:

  • Jericoacoara
  • Preá
  • Atins
  • Cactus

Each location is selected according to specific criteria:

  • wind direction
  • water safety
  • logistical accessibility
  • quality of accommodation
  • technical support available

This careful selection ensures rapid progress whilst retaining the spirit of adventure that is so characteristic of Brazil.
