The climate in Safaga is desert-like.
In summer, from April to October, the thermometer rises up to 35 degrees during the day and drops to 25 degrees at night; in winter, from November to March, it is 20-25 degrees during the day and 15 degrees at night.
Safaga enjoys exceptional wind statistics, it is the perfect place to learn and practice kitesurfing all year round.
Thanks to a thermal effect due to the desert and the surrounding mountains, the wind is usually a good 10 knots (1-2 knots) stronger than in Hurghada.

Thanks to our ideal location, we normally have wind for most of the year. However, there are occasional days without wind. But you'll never be bored: book your place on the speeboard for wake surfing or wakeboarding sessions, ride a SUP on turquoise water, play beach volleyball with your peers, improve your balance on the slack line, relax with yoga sessions, try out new moves at the kite simulator - or just relax and enjoy the beach.
