The first session: You'll learn the basics of handling the WING. Part of the lesson will be with a wing, and then depending on the conditions, it may be with an adapted skateboard, or directly in the water with an inflatable board and adapted fins.
Then, it's time to mix the 2: foil and wing, we'll start according to each person's abilities with a specific board without foil, or with it.
You'll make your first tacks and your first flights! This is it ... welcome to the world of WING FOIL!
