Sainte-Anne Surf School, Guadeloupe
Sainte-Anne, the sunny pearl of Guadeloupe, where every wave is an invitation to reveal your inner surfer.
Here, we offer much more than just surfing lessons: we share with you the soul of West Indian surfing, taught by passionate local instructors with a deep connection to their island.
"Learning to surf in Sainte-Anne is like skiing a green slope: accessible, reassuring, and perfect for a first glide in the warm waters of the Caribbean."
At Ocean Adventure, we believe that good learning is based on three essential pillars: appropriate teaching methods, fun first and foremost, and visible progress at every session.
Our state-qualified instructors take the time to find out about your level, your expectations and your pace, to offer you personalised guidance in a relaxed, caring and inspiring atmosphere.
Safety is at the heart of our teaching: With its beaches protected by the coral reef and its accessible waves, Sainte-Anne is an ideal spot to begin or progress in an exceptional natural setting. You'll learn in optimal conditions, accompanied by professionals who know the lagoon's seabed, tides and currents inside out.
Our tip for making real progress?
Choose a full-week surfing course. Repeat sessions will help you strengthen your basics, build your confidence and quickly become self-sufficient. Day after day, your connection with the ocean grows stronger, as does your ease on the board.
And the more time you spend in the water, the more you feel that unique sensation of freedom, gliding and harmony with the elements.

Idyllic setting, super-friendly teacher, great atmosphere and sound, personalised advice. It's perfect! My instructor was passionate and it's contagious!
