The beginner’s course teaches you the basics of kitesurfing in complete safety: theory, an introduction to the equipment, safety, controlling the kite, body dragging and your first attempts on the board. This course is particularly suitable for those who already have some experience in board sports, wind sports or snow sports.

Intensive beginner's course

The advanced course is designed for riders who have already completed a beginner’s course and wish to build on a solid foundation. It focuses on refining bodydrag, waterstart and riding techniques, with a clear aim: to become more independent on the water.

Why isn’t there any radio training?
Our teaching method is based on hands-on guidance in the water. Your instructor stays close to you throughout the session to correct your technique, adapt the exercises and intervene immediately if necessary. This approach ensures a better understanding of the instructions and more effective progress than using a radio system.
Equipment insurance
During lessons, equipment is covered by insurance. Once you start sailing independently, we recommend taking out specific insurance. The VDWS Safety Tool programme is available from €39 per year and can be taken out directly on site.
