Dakhla airport Morocco’s national airline has the unique feature of being directly linked to Casablanca’s Mohammed V airport.
Where is Dakhla in Morocco? Dakhla, set on a long strip of sand jutting out into the Atlantic Ocean, is located some 1,100 km south of Agadir, in central Western Sahara, a region under the authority of the Moroccan crown.
Direct flights from Paris to Dakhla
Royal Air Maroc has launched a new route between Dakhla and Paris, its first between the Western Saharan city and continental Europe. Additional flights will be introduced to Europe.
Dakhla airport will be linked to the Old Continent for the first time by Royal Air Maroc, with two weekly frequencies to Paris in addition to its domestic routes. The ONMT has chosen to activate this route with Royal Air Maroc “in order to involve the national airline in this tourism niche, and enable international visitors to enjoy Dakhla and the Moroccan experience as soon as they board in Paris”.

Casablanca’s Mohammed-V airport (IATA code: CMN – ICAO code: GMMN) is an international airport located around thirty kilometers south of Casablanca.
Please note: Flights with a stopover in Casablance, such as Paris – Casablanca / Casablanca Dakhla, may sometimes be delayed, but don’t worry, the Casblanca – Dakhla flight won’t leave without passengers from the Paris Casablanca flight!
With a capacity of almost fourteen million passengers and 150,000 tonnes of freight a year, it is Morocco’s main airport and the fourth largest in Africa.
From Casablanca (direct flights on Mondays and Fridays, evening schedules acceptable and fares around €100); flight time: 2h30.

Agadir – Al Massira airport (IATA code: AGA – ICAO code: GMAD) is an international airport serving the city of Agadir, Morocco.
The airport has a 26,550 m2 terminal with a capacity of 3 million passengers a year, a 19.4 ha aircraft parking area and a 2.5 ha parking lot.
It is Morocco’s third-largest airport in terms of traffic volume.
Flights from Agadir to Dakhla take less than 2 hours and cost around 150€.
Flights from Marrakech to Dakhla
Marrakech-Menara International Airport (IATA code: RAK – ICAO code: GMMX) is an international airport in the northwest of Marrakech, Morocco. It is the second-largest Moroccan airport after Casablanca’s Mohammed-V airport, with around 5 million annual passengers.
Flights from Marrakech to Dakhla take 5 hours and cost about 150-200€, with a stop in Casablanca.
