The Modern House is a dedicated host family with kitesurfing facilities. Share the common spaces but also enjoy your own privacy. Make the most of your stay in Tarifa and meet like-minded people while kitesurfing on one of Europe's best spots!

The house has a maximum capacity of 10 people, comprising 3 private rooms and a shared room for 4 people with bunk beds.

Ocean room

This room is the largest in the Kite Camp. With the best ocean views from Tarifa, you'll enjoy a double bed, large closet, mirror and access to all common areas. Price includes two people and two full sets of towels.

Poniente room

This room is one of the largest in the Maison Moderne. With the best ocean views from Tarifa, you can enjoy a double bed, mirror and access to all common areas. The price includes two people and two full sets of towels.

Levante room

A double bed in this incredible Maison Moderne room with street views. Features a large closet, mirror and access to all common areas. Make the most of your vacation by kitesurfing, windsurfing or practicing another sport by staying in this room. Price includes two people and two full sets of towels.

Shared room

Enjoy a bed while staying in a shared room for 4 people, a great way to meet new surfers. Make the most of your vacation by kitesurfing, windsurfing or practicing another sport by staying in the best room. Price includes one person and a full set of towels.

Kite Surfing

Only in Tarifa for a weekend or a day? There's no hurry! The most important thing is toenjoy what you learn and to follow your own learning pace. To become an independent kite surfer, it's very important to learn every step of the way.

Whether you're a beginner or an advanced kitesurfer, there's always room to learn and improve! Our experienced instructors will guide you step by step to enjoy while you learn and improve your skills along the way to becoming a confident independent kitesurfer.

Kite School

Our instructors are IKO graduates. Passionate and motivated, they'll be waiting for you at the school to help you organize your time on the water.

All equipment is current and in good condition.

2-hour sessions in the water
Rental of wetsuit, harness, vest and helmet
Theoretical and practical training according to your level
Boat safety on the spot
