Entertainment in all Dakhla kitecamps
All our surf and kitesurf camps have a bar and restaurant with a magnificent view of the Dakhla Lagoon. Open every day, it’s the perfect place to relax at the end of the day.
After a good day’s kiteboarding and a good meal, you’ll be won over by the different evening entertainment on offer, depending on which camp you’re at! In Dakhla, kitesurfing is the rhythm of the day, and after several hours in the water, sports enthusiasts like to relax or take advantage of the evening to meet new people by the fire with a little local concert.

The best option for combining a sporting holiday with relaxation in an idyllic setting. Between the lagoon and the town there are some very good restaurants serving fish, seafood and traditional cuisine.
NB: there is no alcohol on sale, but you can bring your own bottles.

Getting around Dakhla
The only way to get around Dakhla is on foot: it’s the most practical means of transport in this small town.
Outside the town, a taxi is necessary. Check with the camp reception for a reliable contact.
Where to swim in Dakhla?
You can swim in the Dakhla Lagoon, and it is possible to cross the Dragon Island on foot. During floods, the lagoon is transformed into a flat natural pool, which warms up in the sun all year round.
