Plage d’estacade: This is a small beach next to the estacade where bathing is only possible at low tide. The first-aid post is shared with the central beach. Please note that it is forbidden to walk along the bottom of the pier.

The beach stretches to the right as far as the first-aid post (and also the rehabilitation centre for sportspeople) and to the left as far as the blockhouse.
A large free car park is available around fifty metres from the beach (impasse Beau Soleil). This beach is also renowned as a good surfing spot.
Océanides: To the south of Capbreton, 1.5 km from the town centre, Océanides beach is the wildest beach in Capbreton. A huge sandy beach with imposing dunes, the environment is totally unspoilt. It’s easy to get away from it all and enjoy the ocean. Ideal for unlimited walks… But be careful when swimming … respect the supervised areas … the currents are strong and the ocean is often raging in the area. The beach is accessed via the allée des Ortolans, where there is a large free car park and an area for camper vans.
