Surf & Yoga Retreats is located in a tropical rainforest that is dry half the year and transforms into a lush jungle during the rainy season. We are ecologists at heart and, as such, do our best to minimize our impact on our environment; which we share with monkeys, sloths, snakes, iguanas, turtles, birds and insects.
Blessed with beauty on all sides, you'll find a network of footpaths to explore, enjoy and immerse yourself in nature. Find the secret lookout where you'll be surrounded by the serenity of the environment, collect shells in Mermaid Cove or dive into the tidal pool. Our playground is full of places to discover!

Bar and Restaurant
Our food has always been one of our favourite features for guests, and most find our farm-to-table cuisine to be the highlight of their trip. Surf & Yoga Retreats prides itself on serving healthy and delicious local cuisine. We pay particular attention to selecting fresh, locally grown ingredients so that our menu changes with the seasons.
We see food as a pillar of wellbeing. Good food means not only that it's deliciously sweet to our taste buds, but also that it's good for our bodies, our planet and our communities. Real food for us and those around us. We understand the importance of individual dietary needs to feeling good and that's our main aim.

You'll find that our surf school is stationed here, as well as a small local restaurant serving fantastic margaritas and authentic Nica cuisine. All accommodation is built around our central dining room, where something tasty is always prepared at Surf & Yoga Retreats. Directly below, you'll find Casa Ola; our lounge/bar with library and terrace overlooking the beach, as well as our stunning new pool and spa area.

Access
Managua MGA airport (Nicaragua)
If you opt for our transfer service, once you arrive at the airport, one of our professional private drivers will collect you directly from the airport and drive you to us. If you are coming from elsewhere in Nicaragua or Costa Rica, we will also be happy to help you with your ground transportation arrangements.
Flying into Managua is the easiest option once you are on the ground, with only a 2 to 2.5 hour drive through the beautiful Nicaraguan countryside directly to Surf & Yoga Retreats.

Our surf programme is run by guides who love doing what they love and we can pass that love on to you. Take daily lessons or hire boards to go out on your own and enjoy the waves all year round on our secluded beach.
