"Great atmosphere and comfortable place with top-class accommodation for a camp! It matches the photos exactly. The house is a 20 minute walk from the town centre, so we hired mountain bikes to get around quicker and also to enjoy the great roads through the volcanoes to the various beaches in the north, including the popcorn beaches... great stay there!"

Corralejo, Fuerteventura
Our kite and surf camp is located on the north of the island of Fuerteventura in Corralejo. It's just a stone's throw from heavenly beaches and the Corralejo Natural Park.
With a surface area of 1660km2, Fuerteventura is the second largest island in the Canary archipelago. Today, more than 107,000 people live here and enjoy its pleasant climate all year round. Close to the water and shops, the town of Corralejo now has a population of over 30,000.
The kitesurfing camp will be with you throughout your holiday to help you discover this island and surf or kite on its turquoise waters!
Puerto del Rosario - Corralejo airport
It's very easy to get to the camp from the airport. You have two options: either take a taxi or the shuttle bus. You can book your shuttle ticket directly online at canaryshuttle.com. A shuttle journey costs around €8/10 per person.
The journey itself takes around 45 minutes, but there is often a long wait before the bus departs, and of course the bus often stops. You should therefore allow around 2 hours in total.
Taxi: around €45 per journey for 30 minutes.
Kitesurf package
- Supervision by qualified surf instructors
- Accommodation for 7 nights
- 5 x 4-hour kite lessons* (the first lesson on the beach is shorter)
- Equipment and insurance included
- Transfer to surf spots
- Access to the common areas of the surf camp (kitchen, lounge, etc...)
One kitesurf instructor for every 2 students. The standard among our colleagues is 4 for a single sail on the island!
*Just like surfing, but instead of a surf van, you'll use an outboard boat. You can kite to the west, north or east. From there, you'll have to make trips of between 30 minutes and 1 hour. This, coupled with a course of around 2 hours, leads to sessions lasting 4 hours.
** At first you'll share a single sail for 2 or even 3 students (depending on level and weather), then the more independent you become, the more time you'll have with the sail.
Kitesurf Package Rates
The dates are free and we offer tailor-made prices, in a camp (max. 22 people) or in a flat.

Frequently asked questions :
Is full board included in the price?
Our surf and kite camp in Fuerteventura does not offer board. You will, however, have access to a kitchen to share with the other campers. There's a supermarket right next to the camp - with papayas and mangoes at €3 a kg!
Do the holidays have fixed dates?
No, you can arrive and leave on any day. Surf and kite lessons are organised every day.
Will OceanAdventure book my flight tickets?
No, but from Bordeaux or Lyon you can find return tickets for €80 with low-cost airlines such as Volotea or Ryanair. Otherwise, most tickets cost between €200 and €300.
What's the atmosphere like at the camp?
The camp is very friendly but not festive. Barbecues are often organised in the evening, and generally everyone is tired from their day in the water. To find out where to go out in Fuerteventura, we recommend you read this article.
Should I bring my own laundry?
The camp will provide you with bath towels but not beach towels, so remember to bring your own.
Can I hire equipment on site?
Yes, but it's best to book in advance to be sure of equipment availability. You can book kites, boards and accessories on this page. Please note that you need to be at least an IKO3 level to hire equipment. Remember to fill in the size of the equipment you need.
What's the best season to kite in Fuerteventura?
Although the Fuerteventura spots are open all year round, there is a high and low season. For more information on conditions, please refer to this page.
