Our Surfcamp in Portugal's Algarve is just a 5 - 10 minute drive from Lagos, in a quiet and beautiful area. The surfcamp is surrounded by lush gardens and has a swimming pool with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. The villa has two to three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms or on the driveway (shared by two bedrooms). You'll feel right at home from the moment you arrive!
Our Lagos Surfcamp is located in the Algarve, in the south of Portugal, around 80 km from Faro airport. A variety of surf spots for all levels await you, operating perfectly according to wind and wave conditions. The nearest spot is just 4 km from the surf camp. As well as its breathtaking scenery and long beaches, Lagos stands out for its wide choice of restaurants, bars and lively nightlife.

Bar & Restaurant
Connie is known the world over for her talent in the kitchen. You really have to taste her dishes to understand just how exceptional they are. Her cooking will leave you speechless!
Vegetarian, vegan, allergies? No problem at all! 2 evenings a week, we'll take you into town and you can choose from one of the many restaurants and enjoy typical Portuguese dishes.
Most people stay in town for a drink or two to discover Lagos' famous nightlife...

Before each surf lesson, you can look forward to a hearty, well-balanced breakfast, lovingly prepared with fresh, healthy ingredients to recharge your energy reserves for the surf sessions. Bread, rolls, cheeses, spreads, cold meats, coffee, tea, fresh fruit and muesli await you. After breakfast, you'll also prepare your packed lunch, which you can take with you to your surf lesson. On Saturday evening, we hold our traditional barbecue in the camp and on the other four evenings, our chef will prepare a comforting meal for you!

Garden and outdoors
- The large garden features a swimming pool with sun loungers, a slackline and a table tennis table. Indoboard, exercise balls and badminton are also available.

- Yoga classes are held in a separate tent, with 1 session already included in the weekly package.

- The large, comfortable lounge has a TV, DVD and pool table.

Our surf camp is located next to the beautiful town of Lagos, in Luz and Sagres. This small and charming port town in the Algarve region of southern Portugal is well worth a visit. With its historic town centre, palm-lined promenade, lively nightlife and excellent restaurants, Lagos offers everything you need for a great time, including surfing! 😉
Access
Faro airport (FAO)
- We book your transfer with a Portuguese transfer agency. The driver will pick you up with a name badge and drive you directly to the surf camp (approx. 1 hour).
- A simple and inexpensive way to get to our surfcamps is to use public transport. You can take a taxi from Faro airport to the bus/rail station for around €10 or take a bus for around €2.
- The bus will cost around €6 and takes approx. 2h 10min to get to Lagos. The Lagos bus station is just off Avenida dos Descobrimentos.
