The house has a basement where you'll find all your surfing equipment, two showers, a toilet and the comfort area for when you return from your surfing session. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen, a living room and a large terrace. On the 1st floor, 2 dormitories with 6 beds and 1 couple's bedroom. On the 2nd floor, the Penthouse duplex.
Our Landes pine terrace faces due west for non-stop sunshine from midday to sunset. This beautiful space, sheltered from the wind, is ideal for having lunch or dinner on the large wooden tables... A plancha is available for our visitors, who can take advantage of our deckchairs and jacuzzi to make your après-surf royal.

Bar and Restaurant
The kitchen, a place for sharing and conviviality. On its floating island, it is surrounded by a glass floor where you can, while concocting your best dishes, catch a glimpse of the surf equipment below your feet. The kitchen is equipped with 2 sinks, 2 hobs and 2 ovens. A large American fridge-freezer is at your disposal, as are personal bins for storing your food;
Nearby restaurants
In a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by numerous restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, you can also take advantage of the fish market in Capbreton harbour, just a 5-minute walk away. We will meet your expectations in this modern youth hostel, renowned for its friendliness, which also has a magnificent self-contained flat with a beautiful view of the ocean.
I've just spent 4 days at the hostel. It was an excellent stay and felt just like home. Very friendly ground floor with all the facilities for cooking, upstairs with lovely showers and very good dormitory.
For surfing, you couldn't ask for anything better: ocean 50 metres away with wetsuits and boards on loan.
And to finish off, the host Jeremie is super friendly and accommodating. I'd love to go back.
Camp infrastructure
- Sauna and hammam: This wellness area is ideal after a surf session or for a relaxing evening. Available on request from 8am to 10pm, heated in less than 30 minutes.
- Jacuzzi : After a good surf session in the cool ocean waters what could be better than relaxing in 38° water. Available from the beginning of April to the end of October from 8am to 10pm.
- Surfboards : Over 30 surfboards and 4 stand-up paddles, available.
- Suits : 2/2 suits for summer and 4/3 suits for the rest of the year.
- Skateboards: A dozen skateboards await you from 8am to 11pm; Skateboard, Longboard, Carver...
- A free public car park is available nearby (without prior reservation).

Our Surf Camp is located in the south of the Landes, in Hossegor, on the seafront, in the 2nd line, 50 metres from the beach and amenities. Nearby, you'll find Hossegor town centre, which has preserved and enhanced its exceptional heritage. You can admire the remarkable 1930s villas and enjoy the golf course, Sporting Casino and clubhouse.
Hossegor is a French town in the Landes department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. It covers an area of 14.51km² and has around 4,000 inhabitants. It is a popular tourist destination, renowned by surfers for its big waves and exceptional climate.

The best position facing the ocean. The house offers everything you need, comfort and cleanliness. The bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are clean and perfectly maintained. And you will find everything you need for surfing and after surfing (shower, sauna, etc.).
Jérémie is very friendly, accommodating, always available to make a suggestion!!!! And finally Zorro, the black cat, is so cute!
Really surprised, this is the best "youth hostel" I've ever found in France.

Nautical Activities Rates
« Everything is incredible. Xavier, the owner, is super friendly and welcoming. He makes everyone feel at home. The atmosphere is fantastic and there are often really cool activities on offer, such as paella dinners, barbecue nights and more... The location is perfect, just a 20 second walk from the beach. Some skateboards and surfboards are offered for free by Surf Camp "Surf House" which you would normally be charged for in most other options around Capbreton/Hossegor. There is a jacuzzi which is also free. I had stayed for 7 days and would definitely return. One of (if not the) best places I have stayed. Thank you very much Xavier, Popye and Zorro.
