Camp infrastructure
- There is a swimming pool and a communal area with a large TV, sofas and games.
- All rooms have hot water and air conditioning.
- With our surf camp we have created a space where we can be ourselves, fun, free and dedicated to surfing.
- The ground floor has a kitchen and bathroom.
- There is an outdoor patio for smoking and lounging and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after surfing.
- Activities: Training on land with specialised equipment (Indo board, slag line, bosu ball...)

Located in the beautiful town of Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, is just 150 meters from Playa Santa Teresa. Nestled in the jungle, you escape the noise of the road yet are close to the city , we are proud to offer world class surf, SUP and yoga holidays, surf lessons and accommodation in our beautiful boutique hotel.
Our local surf school and retreat is located in the heart of Santa Teresa on Costa Rica's Nicoya Peninsula.
Access
San Jose airport
You have three different options for getting here from San José.
- You can book a domestic flight to Tambor airport and we'll arrange a taxi to pick you up and take you to Santa Teresa. This is by far the quickest way. The flight takes around 20 minutes and the taxi from Tambor 40 minutes. A bus or shuttle would take most of the day. You can book your flights here with Fly Sansa.
The flight costs between 90 and 150 dollars to Tambor from San José, then 55 dollars for the taxi to Santa Teresa. - There is also a direct bus from San Jose to Santa Teresa which leaves daily from "Terminal 7-10" at 6pm and 2pm. You will need to take a ferry, which is included in the price of the bus. You don't need to change buses when you get on or off the ferry. You may need to change buses in Cóbano, a town about 40 minutes from Santa Teresa. If you're not sure about bus transfers, you can always ask the driver.
The bus costs around $25. - There is also a daily shuttle bus from San José to Santa Teresa. If you're staying overnight in San José, you can contact Tropical Tour Shuttles for a shuttle.
The shuttle costs between $65 and $100, depending on the season.
