Surfing course from Monday to Friday
Surf lessons last 2 hours, including 15 minutes before and after to change, i.e. 1 hour 30 minutes of action on the beach and in the water. A maximum of 8 people per instructor for maximum efficiency. We set up homogenous groups by age or level.

Our surf school is located on the Sables d'Or beach in Anglet.
La chambre d'Amour, the perfect place to start surfing!
The last beach in the Chambre d'Amour district, the Sables d'Or beach has all the characteristics of an urban beach. Surrounded by more than forty bars and restaurants, it is popular all year round. All year round, during the day and in the evening, under the lights that illuminate the surrounding area, the bars and restaurants lining the Esplanade des Gascons welcome visiting Angloys and tourists alike.
In the summer months, the Rayon Vert restaurant opens directly on the beach. The Beach House, the trendy bar-restaurant set just back from the beach, attracts a completely different crowd, all riding their Harleys. A few metres away, the beach volleyball players are back with their balls and nets before being joined at the end of July by the joyful and colourful caravan of the Anglet Beach Rugby Festival, one of the great summer attractions. On the Plage des Sables, the usual meeting place for summer visitors and a whole section of young Anglo-Saxons, people laugh, argue, play ball, rackets, picnic and try their hand at surfing! Whether you're an Angloy or a visitor to the town, you're bound to end up in Les Sables d'Or at some point. The town council has made no mistake in setting up a tourist office here, which is always full to bursting. Les Sables: the place to be!
This beach is a popular surfing area. Low tide is best, as high tide covers the whole beach and creates a significant backwash. The cradle of surfing in Anglet, it hosts a number of competitions including the Surf de Nuit, a unique competition in Europe, and the Pro Anglet in August.
The upper part of the beach is equipped all year round with beach volleyball courts open to all. Car parks and restaurants nearby. Free shuttle bus service in July and August. Public showers and toilets.
Sheltered by the cliffs to the south and a rocky spur to the north, the configuration of the spot filters the waves and guarantees calm, good-quality surfing all year round.

Ideally located on the Sables d'Or beach, you'll enjoy private surf lessons given by a state-certified instructor and pro surfer for top-quality teaching!
Remember to book in advance, because in summer and during school holidays, slots are taken over 7 days and there is no room for last-minute bookings.
What should I bring for my surf lesson?
We provide the board, wetsuit and instructor. Just bring a swimming costume to wear under the wetsuit, a towel, a change of clothes and a bottle of water.
What time are lessons?
We organise lessons about 2 hours before and after low tide.
