Surf better, eat better, enjoy life to the fullest. At the Concept Camp in Hossegor, surfing is the starting point for everything. The waves set the pace for each day, the ocean dictates the tempo... and meals become fuel for the body.

Experience surfing in perfect balance: fun & healthy, sport & relaxation!

Intense surfing sessions, mornings that start with a proper savoury breakfast, fresh, simple and colourful meals…

Everything is designed to give you energy, aid recovery and let you surf for longer, with a smile on your face.

The camp is located in Seignosse, near Casernes beach, 15 minutes from Hossegor town centre and the port of Capbreton. At the gateway to the wild Landes region, yet very close to shops and the town!

This camp concept offers an environment conducive to disconnecting: pine forests, wild beaches, cycle paths, lakes and sea air. This powerful natural setting plays a key role in the camp's healthy & detox experience. Here, the body slows down, breathing deepens and the mind calms.

Surfing, fun & great progress

Surfing sessions are organised in small groups, with personalised coaching tailored to each participant's level, goals and energy levels on the day.

Each day is planned around weather and ocean conditions: reading the sandbanks, choosing the spot, understanding the tides and currents. Surfing becomes a comprehensive learning experience, both technical and sensory, where you learn to observe, feel and adapt.

Progress is not measured solely by the number of waves surfed, but by the quality of the sensations, the fluidity of the movements and the confidence gained in the water.

Super séjour, super ambiance backpacker et worldtraveller, le plaisir d'échanger dans plusieurs langues avec les gens sur place. L'océan et tout son charme, au top, je recommande à fond !

Testimonials

I can see why the boss, Nico, says, “You’ve got to listen to your surf instructor as if he were your shaman!”

A good surf instructor supports you as you improve; they’re out in the water helping and encouraging you. When it gets tough and you’re about to give up, they sit down beside you and, after three minutes of silence, they say: ‘Let’s give it another go!’ Thanks, Théo @tpintx!
Julien Masse on 18 July 2026

This is Anglet 40 years ago! There’s hardly anyone in the water because it’s a 5-minute walk to the beach and another 5 minutes to get to our sandbank.

I’m a bodyboarder and I only go surfing once every 10 years, but just now I nearly caught a tube on a surfboard – the conditions are just perfect and there’s hardly anyone in the water.

A perfect day: just five girls on longboards – including Victoria Vergara – five locals, five Spaniards and us!

Video analysis is a very powerful tool for correcting your mistakes.
Seeing your posture allows you to make effective progress thanks to thorough analysis and a tried-and-tested methodology. Thank you!

We provide new foam surfboards and Rip Curl wetsuits. These boards – some of which are extra-wide, ranging from 7 to 8 feet – are ideal for catching your first waves whilst standing up.

A range of epoxy foam boards – which are more responsive and manoeuvrable for intermediate surfers – is available at the camp.

Thrusters and longboards are available on request.

Other activities: Surf skate and SUP at the Étang Blanc

Fancy taking it a step further? Additional activities are available at the camp, depending on the conditions and what you fancy: surf skate to improve your skills out of the water, a SUP trip to Étang Blanc, sunset vibes and chilled-out moments with new friends 🌿🏄‍♂️
