Villa
The Villa's 3 double rooms and 1 single room feature a simple, refined style and are all equipped with en suite bathrooms with shower cubicle and hairdryer, independent heating/air conditioning, wifi and TV with USB.

Residence
This residence comprises 2 small flats (2 to 4 people) and 2 large flats (4 to 7 people). The large flats have 2 bedrooms and a terrace on the first floor overlooking the spot and Erice. The smaller flats have a terrace on the ground floor and only one bedroom.
The residence is brand new and the flats are well-equipped with, among other things: full kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, mosquito nets and BBQ. Breakfast and pool access are available at the Hotel Santa Maria, around 200m away.
Two-room flat
The two-room flat has a kitchen/living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds or a double bed and a single sofa bed, a corridor and a large private veranda.
Finely furnished (red or green) with a modern style and the best comforts.
Three-room flat
The three-room flat on 2 floors, ground floor: large private veranda, kitchen/living room with double sofa bed and bathroom; first floor: 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds or a double bed and a single sofa bed, hallway bathroom and large terrace with sea view or Erice view.
Kite Surf
Our kitesurf school is located in the centre of Lo Stagnone. The advantage of this is not only that it gives you quick access to the main bars, restaurants and accommodation in the spot, but also that it allows us to quickly reach the best teaching area in the lagoon, whatever the wind direction.
Kite School
Thanks to our years of experience, our kitesurfing courses offer a high level of teaching, safety and equipment quality.
Our instructors are IKO qualified. Passionate and motivated, they'll be waiting for you at the school to help you organise your time on the water.
Semi Private Lessons - Prices

Kite Hire
The complete kit includes: Kite + bar + board + wetsuit + harness + waistcoat + helmet.
We offer kitesurfing equipment hire all year round. Of course, you'll need to confirm that you're at an autonomous level when you arrive at our school.
With Ocean Adventure, you can be sure of having equipment in good condition, without having to worry about repairs or reselling your kite!
You have access to all the kite sizes and all the boards available at the school! We supply all your kiteboarding equipment: board, kite, bar, pump and harness.
We have all the necessary equipment in the school to satisfy all levels and all sizes.
