"We stayed at the Villa for a week and really enjoyed it. The property is new, clean, furnished with excellent taste and has a well-tended garden. The location is also very convenient: it's a 5-minute walk from Italy's coolest Kite Surf spot, and just a few kilometres from Marsala and Trapani. Nino and Francesco, along with their parents, run the B&B impeccably. They are always present, very kind and always available for any advice or problems. Every morning, the mother prepares a very hearty breakfast for the guests, with delicious homemade cakes, fruit from the garden, something different and delicious every day. I was really happy with everything. Perfect stay!"

Kitelab Residences & Apartments are located in the Stagnone Reserve, a characteristic archaeological site (we are 100 metres from the submerged Punic road).
Access
Trapani-Birgi "Vincenzo Florio" airport
- Trapani-Birgi ‘Vincenzo Florio’ airport is just 10 minutes away by car (6 km).
- If you live near the Mediterranean coast, there are ferry connections to Sicily. You need to embark in Genoa in Italy or in Livorno, from where you can disembark in Palermo after a crossing of around 18-20 hours, then from the port it's a 1h30 drive to the lo stagnone spot.
- There are many direct routes to Palermo, including many low-cost airlines with very low fares. If you live near Italy, you can also fly direct from Turin to Trapani, the airport being just 3km from the kitesurfing spot.
- We strongly recommend that you hire a car for your stay at Lo Stagnone. Not only will it make it easier to get from the airport to the spot, but it will also come in very handy once you're there.

Important information about our courses!
- We use radios to teach, so you're in constant contact with your instructor.
- We have only one objective: to make you an independent kitesurfer.
- The standard length of our lessons is 2 hours, but if you'd like to do less or more that's possible!
- You can do two lessons in one day, if we have the availability and the conditions allow it.
- If the wind drops during your kitesurfing lesson or if there is any other weather problem, you will only be charged for the time taken.
- If you have already done a kitesurfing course, the instructor will adapt to your level.
- We do our best to keep you with the same instructor during your stay (unless you want to change).
- We use 2023 equipment from Duotone, the best available.
- All accessories are provided, just bring lycra, sun cream and a swimming costume.
- During duo lessons, students have one kite for 2 until they reach a minimum level (going upwind).
- Lessons are planned at the end of the day the day before, so that we have the latest wind forecasts and can adapt to the conditions as best we can.
- You can ask your instructor for IKO certification at the end of your course.
