We are located on the northwest coast of Sri Lanka in Kalpitiya, on the Puttalam Peninsula. Kite Camp is a 3 hectare paradise in Kalpitiya, and a true reflection of the hard work and passion for kitesurfing, nature and the surrounding community.

Bar: The camp bar, at the heart of the property, is theideal place to meet other guests and staff. You can enjoy awide selection of national beers, a menu of original cocktails and play games. Our skilled bartenders also prepare fresh fruit juices using local fruits such as mango, pineapple, papaya and banana.
Don't leave Sri Lanka without trying the traditional Old Arrack, a distilled coconut spirit.
Restaurant:Start your day with a buffet of fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs and coffee. For lunch and dinner, our chef prepares a mix of traditional Sri Lankan dishes and Western specialities, not forgetting irresistible desserts. Don't miss our famous Saturday night barbecue, where you can enjoy an abundance of salads, meats and seafood in a relaxed and festive atmosphere.
Sunset Bar & Restaurant
Indulge in a refreshing drink before, during or after your kitesurfing sessions at our beach bar in Kalpitiya. With a wide choice of drinks, including fresh juices, smoothies, soft drinks, ice-cold beers and cocktails, you're sure to quench your thirst without ever having to leave the beach.
The beach bar also has a pizza oven for a delicious meal. There is a volleyball court and a pétaque court in front of the bar. Why not challenge our beach boys?

Localization
Our kite camp is located on the north-west coast of Sri Lanka in Kalpitiya, on the Puttalam peninsula.
Sri Lanka is a paradise for kitesurfing and many other water sports. The small islets, reefs and sandbanks along the north of the peninsula offer the perfect opportunity for all kinds of sessions, downwinds and other kite excursions.
Access
Bandaranayake International Airport
- We will be happy to arrange for you to be picked up or dropped off at the airport. Please email your flight number and arrival time to info@kitesurfinglanka.com and our dedicated driver will be waiting for you at the airport.
- The dual air-conditioned van is undoubtedly the easiest and most comfortable way to get here.
- If you wish to use public transport, we advise you to take the train to Puttalam rather than the bus, and from there get in touch with us.

Kite School
We have some of the best kitesurfing conditions for beginners to learn this amazing sport: warm, shallow, flat water, constant wind and IKO-certified instructors.
Whether you're a beginner or have already tried kitesurfing, our experienced, IKO-certified instructors will guide you along the path to becoming a confident, independent kitesurfer. We offer group and private lessons tailored to your level and progress. We love this sport and we're sure you will too!
