Our surf school is located on the central Penon beach in Seignosse. No equipment to carry... you're right on the beach!
Penon beach in Seignosse, a surf spot for beginners and intermediates!
Since 2000, our surf school in Seignosse Océan has been located on the Penon spot, an ideal place to learn and practice surfing. Our young, dynamic team welcomes you to its premises, ideally situated behind the dune, 2 minutes from the sea.
Our lessons take place on a large sandbank to the left of the wooden dune. This peak opens out to the right and left, allowing us to teach you how to surf from both sides of the wave. For beginners, we'll teach you to get up on the foam of the waves, in places where you'll have your feet.
The optimum conditions for surfing these waves are when a north-westerly swell is supported by an offshore wind.

Ideally located, you'll enjoy a top quality surf lesson and spend 1h30 in the water!
Remember to book in advance, because in summer and during school holidays, slots are taken over 7 days and there is no room for last-minute bookings.
What should I bring for my surf lesson?
We provide the board, wetsuit, instructor and transport if the ocean is stormy and you have to leave the site to go to a fallback spot. Just bring a swimming costume to wear under your wetsuit, a towel, a change of clothes and a bottle of water.
What time are lessons?
We organise lessons about 2 hours before and after low tide.
with normal coefficients of 50/70. It can be more with lower coefficients, but in any case,
we organise the groups ourselves according to age and level
in order to give you the greatest possible satisfaction. We'll call you back 48 hours before D-day to give you your lesson time, depending on the tides and reliable swell and weather forecasts.
