Surf camp Krui Sumatra Indonesia is a superb all-inclusive surf camp in Indonesia with top of the range accommodation and easy access to pumping waves at a really affordable price.

The surf camp itself is a charming beachfront property surrounded by jungle, with stunning views of the rugged, mountainous coastline in the distance. The four bungalows are really well appointed, with quality screens, beautiful wooden floors, vaulted wooden ceilings and large en-suite bathroom

Our Rooms

Mezzanine Twin

These mezzanine style rooms are very spacious, with a fresh design inside, lots of natural light and a beautiful ocean view. They are designed to sleep two people very comfortably but offer space for a third person if required (at an additional cost). Our Twin Mezzanine rooms are ideal for : - Two friends (if 3 people, one of them will have to sleep downstairs in the day bed and there will be an extra charge) - A small family with a maximum of 2 older children from 6 years old (with supplement).

Single Garden

New comfortable single bedroom with en-suite bathroom and stylish design. Plenty of storage inside the room, with a desk, built-in bed with lower drawers. Garden views and close to the main house with good wifi connection. Ideal for a single person If you are a couple and this is the only option available, you can add an extra person to your request/tender booking.

Bungalow Queen/Double

Ideal for: Two friends, Couples, Small family (<6 years free / >6 years extra). Our two queen/double bungalows are a versatile option, whether you are travelling with another friend, are a couple or even a small family, our queen/double bungalows will provide the comfort and amenities you need.

Bungalow King Ocean

We have a King Ocean Bungalow ideal for : - Couples - Single traveller (different rate, please enquire or choose the single traveller package) - A small family with a baby aged 0-4 years sharing the king size bed with the parents. The current bed arrangement includes 1 king size bed (1.80 x 2.00)

Bungalow Family Garden

Ideal for : Small group of friends (3 ideal) or Family If you are a group of 3 people looking for some extra space, this bungalow would be a great option! A fourth person can be added at an additional cost, please select or enquire. The bedding arrangement includes 4 king size singles (1.20 x 2.00), plenty of storage inside and out, a large en-suite bathroom.

Bungalow Triple Ocean

Ideal for : Small group of friends or small family Our triple ocean bungalow is located by the pool with a direct view of the ocean and the waves just across the street. This is an ideal option for a small group of friends sharing epic moments! The bedding arrangement includes: Three large single beds (1.20 x 2.00). If there are only two of you and this is the only room available, please book in advance and we will be happy to offer you a double rate.

Surf

Krui can easily be considered a year-round surfing destination with a wide variety of surf spots in the area

With over 15 different spots, the Krui surf region is one of the most consistent areas in Indonesia where surf spots are accessible by land.

Surf Guiding

Our surf guides will make sure that clients know which spots in the region have the best conditions at that time and for the following days of the trip so that you get as many points as possible!

We usually have two surf guides on site, our resident local guide and our resident foreign surf guide with the help and solid knowledge of Max (one of the owners)
Enjoy the extra freedom that doesn't tie you down to other schedules, but still benefit from our daily surf knowledge and advice
Please note that the availability of surf guides can vary depending on each surf trip and clients needs, but they will always assist all surfers to the best of their ability.

Krui has some great places to explore and you can certainly discover many of them at your own pace and with our guidance, but for other activities that require a third party and a guide, we can help you and organise it for you.

Photography requires pre-booking on location
