Double Relax Rooms
You'll find a cosy bed with Mosiquito-net, a wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and a terrace opposite the room with a garden for your own enjoyment.
Single relaxation rooms
Would you like to stay alone in one of our comfortable rooms or bring a friend? No problem, we have the right room for you with two single beds, which can be connected or remain single.
Family Comfort flats
Are you a group of 3 to 5 people and want enough space for all of you? Also a bit of comfort with air conditioning and two bathrooms?
Standard room
Our 20m2 bungalows are very comfortable accommodation with a bedroom, bathroom and toilet and a terrace overlooking the lagoon, sheltered from the wind.
Surf Cabane
You will find a bungalow with a tropical touch and a garden in front of the large terrace. Relax in Sri Lankan nature.

Leisure activities and day trips in Kalpitiya
Amidst palm plantations surrounded by nature, you can really come and relax. There are plenty of activities and day trips available at Kalpitiya: read a book by the pool, post your holiday photos on free Wi-Fi, plan your day trip with friends over a nice cup of coffee (imported from Austria) or simply treat yourself to a massage after a relaxing day full of ‘doing nothing’... There's something for everyone!
- SUP - Kalpitiya lagoon offers many options for Stand Up Paddling excursions. The best time for an exploratory visit is in the morning before breakfast when it's not so hot and you can watch the birds. SUP is free!
- The kite camp offers its guests a free yoga mat to hire. You can do your yoga session in front of the pool. You can also hire a SUP and try your skills on the board.
- You can simply lie back and relax, splash around in the pool and in between use our range of leisure activities: billiards, table tennis, table football, trampoline, slack line, beach volleyball, free wifi in reception, chillout areas, surf bar, parties...

Wing Foil
Wing folsurfing in Sri Lanka is a variant of a water sport that developed from kitesurfing, windsurfing and stand-up paddling. Standing on a board, the surfer holds a wing in his hand, which he places in the wind.
