West Sumbawa is home to some incredible hidden gems. Still fairly unknown to the masses, you'll find plenty of options here for intermediate to advanced and expert surfers.
You'll find the Hook and Wedge on Yoyo Beach just a short walk from Baha Baha Villas. Beautifully straight, these spots are swell magnets where there is almost always a wave. However, once the swell gets a bit bigger, you quickly get barrel sections and nice walls to plant your rail and make big turns.
Our passionate and motivated instructors are waiting for you at the school to organise your time on the slopes.
The equipment is in good condition.
Our courses include :
- 2 hour sessions in the water
- Wetsuit and board rental
- Insurance for equipment breakage
- Transport to the spot
- Theoretical and practical training according to your level
- Organisation of specific courses on request
Home to a variety of marine life, Lawar Bay, less than a five-minute drive away, offers some of the best island swimming, snorkelling and diving. Take a guide with you, or explore the island at your leisure.

Welcome to one of the most beautiful places on earth, Indonesia. The largest island country in the world, with over seventeen thousand islands. Located between the Indian and Pacific Oceans. The Indonesian archipelago is home to some of the gentlest and most humble people you are likely to meet. The most widely practiced religions here are Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam and Christianity. Famous for its yoga and surfing scenes, it's no wonder that so many spiritual people gravitate to this area. Each of our retreats is made with love by our community of open-minded travellers. We've travelled extensively and have selected our favourite destination that we know you'll love.
